摘　　要：Endok5作为Endostatin和Kringle5的融合基因,能联合应用两种基因不同的作用机制,从不同途径阻断血管生成.两种基因的协同作用比单纯治疗手段明显抑制了肿瘤细胞的生长,有效降低了肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性.就其分子生物学特征及其在肿瘤治疗中的研究现状作一综述.The ENDOK5 is the fusion gene of Endostatin and kringle 5,which can combine the activity of Endostatin and kringle 5 to inhibit the growth of vessels.The synergistic effect of Endostatin and kringle 5-ENDOK5 in treatment of tumor is better than the effect of single one,by the way,ENDOK 5 also can induce a significant reduction of the toxicity of tumor.The overview illuminate the characteristic of ENDOK 5 and the research associated with gene therapy of tumor,especially,gene therapy of bladder tumor.
