摘　　要：本文从工科院校素质教育的现状和开展素质教育的理论资源为切入点,深入探讨了工科院校开展素质教育的方法与途径一完善教育管理,提高教师素质,培养多样化的校园文化。This paper takes the current situations of quality education in engineering colleges and the theory resources to launch quality education as a breakthrough point,to probe into the methods and routes that the engineering colleges launch quality education,improving educational management and teachers' quality and developing diversified campus culture.
