摘  要:柔道项目是以力量为基础的运动。力量素质是柔道运动员最基本的运动素质,是战胜对手、取得比赛胜利的重要条件,尤其是上肢力量,它是保证各种手法完整、准确执行的基础。本文探讨了上肢力量在柔道比赛中的重要作用,青少年柔道运动员上肢力量的训练方法以及在训练中应注意的问题,以引起教练员、运动员对上肢力量训练的重视,并帮助青少年运动员进行有效的力量训练。Judo project is took the strength as the foundation movement.The strength quality is the Judo athlete most basic movement quality,is defeats the match,gains the competition victory their portents condition,the upper limb strength,it is in particular a guaranteed each technique is complete,the accurate execution foundation.This article has discussed the upper limb strength in the Judo competition vital role,the young people Judo athlete upper limb strength training method as well as the question which should pay attention in the training,causes the trainer,the athlete to the upper limb strength training value,and helps the athlete to carry on the effective strength training.
