摘　　要：设计并制作了一个宽带功率放大器,频率为4～12GHz。该放大器采用三级级联的形式,其中后两级采用自行设计、制作的宽带混合集成电路模块。该混合集成电路模块采用4指兰格耦合器的平衡放大器电路形式,以实现其宽带特性以及较大功率输出。整个功率放大器采用铝制腔体封装,在4～12GHz功率增益为30±3dB,输出功率大于1W,部分频点处能达到5W以上。该功率放大器的驻波性能在全频段内小于-7dB。A 4-12 GHz wideband high power amplifier was reported.It consists of three stages,the output two stages are microwave integrate circuits(MIC)what are designed and fabricated by our team.The MIC uses balance configuration including a 4-finger lange coupler.The amplifier presents power gain of 30±3 dB and saturated output power of above 1 W over the whole 4-12 GHz frequency band,and at some frequency points,the saturated output power can achieve 5 W.Both the input and output VSWR are also excellent,bellow-7 dB.
