摘　　要：文章论述了精品课程建设的原则,分析了《C语言程序设计》精品课程建设的基础的条件,从培养目标、课程体系、课程定位、教学计划、教材建设、教学方法、理论教学与实践教学的关系、考试方式方法等方面进行了研究,以期构建更多的精品课程。This paper discusses the principls of excellent courses design; analyzes the basic conditions of the excellent course of C Programming Language Design; also conducts a research from many different aspects such as training objectives, curriculum system, course orientation, teaching plans, teaching materials, teaching methods, relationship between theoretical teaching and practical teaching, examination ways and means, so as to improve the quality of education and regulate teaching management.
