“一流高职”发展目标的内涵探析

摘　　要：近年来,追求“一流”业已成为某些高职院校提出的口号,可是社会上对于“一流”的理解仍然存在分歧。如果具体目标不能确定,一流之说很容易落入空谈。本文从概念分析出发,着重从大众型与精英型高等教育比较的角度,探讨了“一流高职院校”的实际内涵,并指出办出特色是高职院校的主要任务。In recent years, pursuing 'the best quality' has become the slogan of some higher vocational colleges. But the community has different understandings of 'the best quality'. If specific targets can not be identified, 'the best quality' is only an empty talk. This paper analyses the concept of 'the best quality', discusses the actual content of higher vocational colleges of the best quality, and indicates the main task of these colleges is running characteristics themselves.
