摘　　要：成人学生层次不尽相同,知识水平参差不齐,参加高等教育学习时,绝大多数处于被动学 习状态,其主体作用没有发挥出来。发挥成人学生主体作用是成人高等教育教学的关键,本文就成人学 生主体作用的发挥进行研究,总结出一些行之有效的方法。Most of adult students are in passive learning state when they are educated due to their different level of knowledge, so their subjective role couldn't be played. It is the key for adult higher education to make use of students 'subjective role.The article researches on it and summarizes some effective methods.
