摘　　要：发展医学高等职业技术教育(文中简称医学高职教育)是发展我国医学教育体系的需要,是调整我国整个医学教育结构的需要,也是我国高等教育大众化的需要。随着我国高等教育的快速发展,作为高等医学教育重要组成部分的医学高职业教育开始进入规模发展阶段。但是医学高职教育在发展过程中也存在一些问题。本文通过对存在的问题及其原因的分析,提出了改革和发展我国医学高职教育的思考与对策。Developing vocational medical education in China is a need to develop overall medical education system in China,a need to adjust modern medical education framework,and also a need to develop a receptive higher education for the people. With the fast development of higher education,the development of vocational medical education speeds up as one important part of higher education,There are,however,some problems in its way to the high-speed development.This paper imposes some suggestions and countermeasures in the reform process of vocational medical education,in retrospect of problems existed and causes to the problems.
