摘　　要：在社会调研基础上,改革临床医学专科教育模式,实施以能力培养为目标,以市场需求为导向的特色教育。采用"基本专业教育+X"的教育模式,开设8个特色教育项目,制定严格的特色教育大纲、教学计划和量化指标要求,带教采用导师制,取得良好成效。On the basis of investigation,a market-oriented distinctive education is implemented whose purpose is to cultivate students'competence,in order to reform current clinical medicine characterized teaching model.The basic tutorial model is 'fundamental courses plus X',with 8 additional distinctive training programs,strict syllabus,and quantified teaching index. Satisfactory outcome has been achieved.
