摘　　要：本文就近期国内期刊所登有关旅途中突发精神障碍的文献进行了复习,对旅途精神病的概念、流行学、临床表现、诊断、发病原原以及相关问题,尤其对预防工作提出看法,以期有益于旅途保健工作的开展。In this Paper, authors reviewed the articles on mental disorder unexpectedly occurred in the journey, which is published in domestic periodical recently. In order to promote the travel healthcare development, it discussed the definition, epidemiololgy, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and pathogeny of travel psychosis as well as related problems, especially the prevention work.
