摘　　要：以素质教育理论和教学方法为依据，探讨了在Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔ ＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔＥｘｐｌｏｒｅｒ工作平台上的交互式外语学习环境的设计及技术实现． 就ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ技术在因特网中的应用进行了讨论，用此技术实现了网上语音播放的许多功能并解决了语速控制等问题．This article discusses the design and application of Web based interactive language learning environment in accord with the theory of Quality Education and teaching methods. It discusses the applications of ActiveX in Internet. The functions of Web based audio player are implemented and the problem of voice speed control is resolved by using ActiveX technique.
