摘　　要：本文从世界未来社会发展的趋势、我国未来人才培养的要求以及我国高等教育的现状论述了将“教学基地”建设在现代教育技术平台上的必要性与紧迫性；提出了运用现代教育技术加强“基地”建设的五条任务，包括建设硬件环境，开发数学教学课讲，开设“教学实验”课程，探索与构建新型教学模式，建立校园教学网络等；最后分析了当前运用现代教育技术加强“基地”建设需要解决的几个问题．It is important and imminent to set 'Teaching Base' on the Platform of the modem education technology in three levels:the trend of society improverment in the worlds future the demand of training qualified personnel in China's future and the present condition of Chinese higher educetion. with moderm education technology there are five tasks to strengthen 'Teaching Base', which are building better conditions, developing Mathematics teaching software offering 'Mathematics Laboratory' course, exploring new teaching pattern and establishing campus teaching network At last the paper analyses several problems in strengthening 'Teaching Base' with todays modem education technology
