摘　　要：本文根据实际分析了我国高校干部队伍现状,阐明了高素质的干部队伍在高校发展中的根本作用,提出了高素质的干部队伍的培养目标和途径.This paper analysed the present situation of the cadre ranks of the universities in China. The ways of how to train the cadre ranks with high quality was discussed.
