摘　　要：采用人癌细胞进行体外培养,研究不同浓度β-胡萝卜素对人癌细胞增殖、存活数量、活细胞蛋白质含量及形态改变的影响.结果表明,β-胡萝卜素对3种人癌细胞生长均有不同程度的抑制作用.An external culture of human cancer cells was used to study the effects of β-caratene of different concentrations on the multiplication ,the survival, the content of living-cell protein and the appearance of human cancer cells. The results showed that β-carotene had varying inhibitory effects on the growth of the three kinds of human cancer cells,with difference in cell selectivity and dosage potency.
