体育运动后备人才试点中学受训学生文化学习问题的调查及对策研究

摘　　要：本文系体育运动后备人才试点中学（下称试校）组织管理系列研究之一。作者通过对全国83所试点的660名学生及其家长的调查，提出学训矛盾是试校实践中的主要矛盾；文化学习是学训矛盾的主要方面；受训学生在文化学习中存在的主要问题有学习时间紧张、解题能力弱、学习基础差、学习方法不对路、学习动力不足等。在此基础上，作者提出了若干建设性的对策措施。This paper is one of the serial studies on the management of the trial secondary schools of sports reserves. Having,analysed the questironaires from 660 students and their parents of 83 trial secondary sehools in China, the author concluded that the contradiction between general knowledge study and training is the principal one in the trial schools at present, while general knowledge study is considered to be the principal aspect of the contradiction The main problems found in the students ' general knowledge study are lack of time, incapability in solving maths (physics , chemistry) problems, poverty in orignal foundation , wrong choice of study methods and lack of motives. On the basis of the above conclusions, the author put forward some construstive countermeasures.
