摘　　要：In recent years, we have applied acupuncture combined with application of a plaster of traditional Chinese medicine at Qihai point (Ren 6) for treatment of 309 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Good therapeutic results have been obtained as reported in the following.
