摘  要:20~#钢由于包晶反应,具有在凝固点附近体积收缩率大的特征,因此,连铸此种钢时极易因收缩不均而产生纵裂,影响连铸坯质量。本文就20~#钢水平连铸坯产生纵裂的原因、影响因素及如河防止或减少纵裂进行了分折和工艺上的探讨。20# steel features high volumetric shrinkage ratio near solidification point due to perite-ctoid reaction,so the steel of this grade is liable to generate surface longitudinal cracks because of its non-uniform shrinkage during continuous casting,thus the round billet quality would be deteriorated seriously. This paper has analysed the cause of the longitudinal crack emergence and the factors related as well as the measures how to prevent or decrease them, and discussed the HCC process also.
