大豆皂甙对小鼠移植肿瘤生长的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大豆皂甙（ＴＳ）对肿瘤细胞生长的影响及其机制。方法采用Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６小鼠皮下接种Ｓ１８０细胞后，经口连续７天注入胃内０（对照组）、１０、２０和４０ｍｇ／ｋｇＴＳ。结果第８天注入上述剂量ＳＴ组小鼠移植肿瘤平均重量分别为１．１８、０．８和０．８９ｇ，均较对照组２．２３ｇ明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。小鼠腹腔注入Ｓ１８０细胞后，连续７天经腹腔分别注入上述剂量ＴＳ，第８天各组小鼠Ｓ１８０细胞周期进程均延缓，Ｇ０／Ｇ１期Ｓ１８０细胞平均百分数分别为３０．７６、４１．７４和３４．８４，均较对照组２４．７６增多，４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ组小鼠最明显（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｓ期Ｓ１８０细胞分别为１５．２８、１１．６４和１１．８０，均较对照组３０．３０明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ＴＳ对小鼠移植肿瘤生长有抑制作用，可能与肿瘤细胞从Ｇ０／Ｇ１期向Ｓ期进程受阻有关。To study the effect and mechanism of total soyasaponin (TS) on transplant tumor.METHODS TS at 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg was fed into the stomach successively for 7 days in C57BL/6 mice which had been subcutaneously implanted with 5180 cells. The tumor weight and cell cycle progression of S180 cells were measured in the mice that received these treatments.RESULTS It was found at 8d followng the above mentioned treatments that the tumor weight in micereceiving TS was 1. 18, 0. 8 and 0. 89g respectively, being significantly lower than the controls (2. 23g,P<0. 05～0. 01 ), and the mean percentage in S180 cells with G,/G, phase in mice receiving TS was 30. 76, 41.74 and 34. 84 respectively and markedly increased in the 40 mg/kg group as compared with the control (24.76, PR0. 05) and the mean percentage in S180 cells in S phase was 15. 28, 11. 64 and 11, 80 respectively,being significantly lower than in the controls (30. 30,P<0. 05).CONCLUSIONS The results suggested that there was suppressive effect of TS on the transplant tumor,which may be related to the cell cycle progression blocked from G,/G, to S phase in the tumor cells.
