摘　　要：本文为中国农村卫生人力开发项目(卫生Ⅳ项目)的系列研究之一。通过运用高等教育评价的理论和方法,综合医学教育与基层卫生工作特点,对建立乡村医生培训教材评价指标体系进行了研究。重点介绍制定评价指标体系的基本思路、遵循原则以及对各级指标分值界定的认识和方法。This paper is one research of the series studies on Developing Chinese Rural Health Manpower Program (No. IV Health Program). Through applying to theories and methods in the evaluation of higher medical education and synthesizing the peculiaties of medical education and health care service of basic units, the evaluating indices system of rural practioners' teaching material is researched. This paper is mainly introduces the basic thought on how to establish the evaluating indices system, the principles to follow, and the recognization and methods to grade and define the indices.
