摘　　要：The initiation of cellular differentiation is symbolized by the selective expressionof the specific functional proteins. The differentiation of erythroid cells is marked bythe activation of β-globin gene and the generation of hemoglobins, whereas thededifferentiation process of erythroid oncogenesis is characterized by the shutdown ofβ-globin genes. The mechanism of such coupling is still unclear. After cybridizing themyeloma cells and the reticulocytes, Xue et al. demonstrated that the cybrids exhib-ited more or less a differentiated phenotype (repressing or shutdown of oncogenes andexpression of hemoglobin genes), and therefore proposed that there might be a
