摘　　要：Intravascular ultrasonography— a newly ultrasonic diagnosis method has already been introduced from DONIER Co. Germany and applied in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Command. The intravascular ultrasound imaging is one of the clinical diagnostic technology which was developed in the late eighties. It can show the cross-section of the vessel and cardiac lumen, and the pathological features and at the same time the vessel condition of atherosclerosis can be observed directly. Comparing with angiography, it has the following
