103例变态反应性鼻炎患者吸入性致敏物检测结果分析

摘　　要：对103例变态反应性鼻炎患者吸入性致敏物的阳性检测结果进行分析,结果表明,引起本地区变态反应性鼻炎的主要致敏物是:室内尘土、蒿属花粉,尘螨、霉菌和棉絮。认为,对变态反应性鼻炎患者,特别是中青年,应早期进行特异性致敏原检查,以便对相应的阳性致敏原进行脱敏治疗。Anaphylactic reactions of 103 patients with allergic rhintis to inhaled allergens were determined. The results showed that the main allergens causing allergic rhinitis in the Chengde area were HD, Ar, DF, PmI and CmI. The author thinks that the sensitivity of patient with allergic rhinitis to allergens should be determined early, so as to carry out desensitization therapy.
