摘 要:菠(艹棱)子在《中药大辞典》中记载含有蔗糖、棉子糖、水苏糖,具有祛风明目,开通关窍,利肠胃功效,入脾肺二经。预实验结果表明;不仅含有糖类,还发现含有氨基酸、肽类、甙类、甾醇、三萜类、黄酮等成份。民间用于咳喘症,可能与黄酮类化合物的生物活性,具有止咳,平喘,祛痰作用相关,其平喘作用与α、β不饱和酮结构有关。提示为我们进一步研究其化学成份及药理作用提供依据。It was reported that spinacioleraccal contained the sucrose,raffinose and stachyose,and had the effects of qutengmingmu,kaitongguanqiao and lichangwei in the Dictionary of Traditionl Chinese Medicine.Our preliminary experiment showed that spinaciaoleraccal not only contained the carbohydrates, but contained some compositions which were newly discovered by us, e.g.amino acids,aeptides,glucosides,sterols,triterpenoids and f lavonrs, etc .Spinacioleraccal was used to treat cough and asthma in the fork,which may be related with the ettects of the antitussive,antiasthmatic and expectorant that was the biological activites of flavonoids.The antiasthmatie action was relation to the structure of .a, B-unsaturated ketones. These results provide some basis for our further study of the chemical compositions and pharmacologicol actions of the Spinacioleraccal.
