摘 要:采用酶分散的兔离体黄体细胞孵育方法,观察了hCG和OT对其孕酮生成的影响。结果表明:hCG可致孕酮生成,且呈剂量反应关系。各浓度OT对孕酮生成均有促进作用。提示OT致孕酮生成可能与IP_3和DG通过激活了3β-HSD活性有关。Corpus luteum from female rabbits pretreated by PMSG-hCG were digested with collagenase-DNAase.After centrifugation luteal cells were suspended in EDTA solution.Each tube containing3x105 cells/ml, different doses of hCG and OT as desired was added and incubated at 37C for 1.0 h.The production of progesterone in mixture media was measured by RIA. The results indicated that hCG and OT stimulated the production of progesterone in a dose -dependent manner by rabbit luteal cells in vitro. The above data suggest that OT stimulating progesterone production may be related to IP3 and DG via activation 3-HSD activity.
