胃镜检查时测定胃酸的临床意义

摘  要:对105例胃十二指肠疾病患者行胃镜检查时测定胃酸(胃液pH值、游离盐酸、总酸),发现胃酸从高到低的疾病依次为;十二指肠溃疡、浅表性胃炎、胃溃疡、萎缩性胃炎;根据胃酸分布特点可分为高酸型、正酸型和低酸型三型。发现胃液pH的升高是反映胃粘膜萎缩的一个敏感指标,当pH≥2时要考虑萎缩性胃炎的可能。作者认为,胃液pH值能准确反映实际胃酸水平,应把测定胃液pH值列为胃镜检查的常规项目。Gastroscopy was made in 105 patients with gastroduodenal diseases to determine gastric acid (pH of gastric juice, free hydrochloric acid and total acid). The result showed the diseases in which the acid was from high to low were duodenal ulcer, superficial gastritis, gastric ulcer and atrophic gastritis successively. According to the distribution of gastric Acid, the di- seases might be divided into three types-high, normal and low acids. It was found that atrophic gastritis should be considered when pH was≥2. It is thought that pH can reflect the actural level of gastric juice correctly and the pH determination of gastric juice should be listed into the routine items of gastroscopy.
