摘　　要：本文定义了Γ-环的b-理想与拟b-理想,论述了Γ-环中都有一个Baer根,一个b-根与一个拟强b-根,并且还证得了Γ-环的Baer根=b-根=拟b-根。In this paper, we difined the concepts of b-ideal and quasi b-ideal in a Γ-ring, and proved that every Γ-ring has a Baer radical, a b-radical and a quasi b-radical. At the end of this paper, we proved further that: if M is any Γ-ring, then its Baer radical=b-radical=quasi-b-radical it make us characterize the Baer radical from different sides.
