POTENTIAL FOR TARGETING HEPATOMA WITH ANTI-FERRITIN IgG-DAUNOMYCIN IMMUNOCONJUGATE

摘　　要：Sheep anti-human ferritin IgG (AHFI) and nonspecific normal sheep IgG (NSIgG) were conjugated with Daunomycin (Dau) separately via a mediator Dextran T40. The conjugates (AHFI-Dex-Dau and NSIgG-Dex-Dau) were labelled with 125I and given 1. v. into Balb/c nude mice bearingan hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ) . The blodistribution of the two conjugates in different organs or tissues 3 days after injection of radiolabels were measured. Selective tumor accumulation of AHFI-Dex-Dau was observed. The specific localization index was at least fourteen times higher in case of the specific AHFI-Dex-Dau when compared to another control conjugate (NSIgG-Dex-Dau ) in liver tissues.
