口腔修复疗法在先天性缺牙的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析先天性缺牙修复治疗中采用口腔修复疗法的效果。方法:我院2011年1月至2012年12月间收治的先天性缺牙患者64例,所有患者均行口腔修复治疗,观察治疗效果,比较治疗前后患者咀嚼及语言功能。结果:本组64例经口腔修复治疗后成功率93.75%;治疗满意率达到92.19%;平均矫治时间(9.0±2.8)月;治疗后患者咀嚼功能评分和语言功能评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:口腔修复疗法在先天性缺牙修复效果较好,可有效改善患者咀嚼及语言功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of oral rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods:64 cases with congenital teeth in the hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2012 underwent dental treatment. Effect was observed before and after the treatment, of which chewing and the language function in patients were compared. Results:Oral rehabilitation treatment success rate of 64 cases was 93.75%; treatment satisfaction rate reached 92.19%; the average treatment time was (9.0± 2.8) months after the treatment; masticatory function score and the score of language function significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Oral rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of congenital missing teeth has good repairing effect, can effectively improve the masticatory and language function. So it is worthy of clinical application.
