摘 要:给整班学生开设基础医学实验设计课程,必须在有限的时间段同时指导班内多组医学生开展跨学科实验研究的自主设计、优选和修改设计方案并加以实施,以培养学生的科研创新能力。由单科任课教师来完成课程全程教学任务、实现教学目标,有明显的难度。事实上,该课程的有效运行不仅有赖于教师、学生自身的积极参与,也必须依靠学校多方面的支持,尽管如此,教师在其中的作用仍是关键性的。本文报告由病理生理学科负责组建一个由基础医学多门学科教师及医学统计学、医学文献检索、实验动物学等科研方法学的专业教师和高级实验师组成的跨学科教学团队,并负责该课程的运行。这样的教学形式有利于充分利用团队的多学科优势推进基础医学实验设计课程的开展。文章论述了组建这一团队的必要性、团队的具体任务、考核方式及其运行机制,认为这是医学院校教师队伍建设的一种新形式。While offering a entire class of students the course of basic medicine experimental design,the teacher is required to guide simultaneously multiple research groups of them at a limited period of time in conducting independently design of interdisciplinary experimental research,selecting and revising the optimal designs,putting these projects into practice. By this teaching process,the course is expected to improve students' ability to carry out scientific research and innovation. It is apparently difficult for an assigned teacher who has been engaged in a certain discipline to be responsible for the whole teaching process and to achieve the teaching goal of this curriculum. In fact,whether the curriculum can be run effectively is not only depend on the active participation of teachers and students,but also the overall and firm support from university's administration. In spite of that,the teacher's role in the curriculum is still crucial. In the present report,the pathophysiology discipline was responsible for the work of both interdisciplinary teaching team construction and the curriculum running. The team included the multiple disciplinary teachers of basic medical science,the specialist teachers of scientific research methodology such as medical statistics,medical literature retrieval,laboratory animal science as well as senior technicians. It is favorable for this form to successfully conduct the curriculum of basic medicine experimental design by making full advantages of this multiple disciplinary team. The significance of the teaching team construction,its tasks,the manner of teaching quality assessment and the operational mechanism are described in the paper. That is believed to be a new form of teachers' team construction of higher medical schools.
