摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查和访谈方法,收集2001级、2002级和2003级临床医学专业本科毕业生信息,并对信息进行统计分析。通过调查分析在职临床医学专业毕业生的专业选择、职业胜任力、职业困惑和对本科阶段学习的评价等,为实施住院医师规范化培训改革提供依据。Questionnaire and interview were used to collect the informations on the graduates of grade 2001,grade 2002, and grade 2003 majoring in clinical medicine,and statistical analysis was made for the informations. To provide the basis for the reform of standardized training for residents( STR) by means of surveying the major selection,career competency,puzzle in career,evaluation of the undergraduate learning of the on-the-job graduates in clinical medicine.
