摘　　要：2012年6月教育部发布的《国家教育事业发展第十二个五年规划》将我国高职教育目标定位在培养"发展型、复合型和创新型的技术技能人才",进一步确立了高职教育在社会系统和教育体系中的位置,这一定位是对职业教育规律和人的发展规律的尊重与理性回归。为了实现高职教育目标,建议尽快成立国家教育标准中心,组织相关部门、行业专家和骨干教师成立专门的标准研制小组,分类、分批构建统一的高职教育国家标准。Chinese higher vocational education targeting is to cultivate 'developmental,compound and innovative technical talent' in the '12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of The National Education' released by ministry of education in June 2012.The position of higher vocational education has been further established in the social system and the education system.The vocational education regular and the human development regular are respected and returned.In order to achieve the goal of higher vocational education,the nation education standards center must be established.The center should organization the relevant department and industry experts and key teachers to set up the team of standard research as soon as possible,to build a unified national standard of higher vocational education classification and batches.
