摘　　要：随着社会的发展,第三产业的兴盛,酒店行业越来越彰显魅力,成为企业投资的热门。高职院校酒店管理专业为社会输送了大批的酒店工作人才,促进了酒店行业的发展。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,酒店对人才的需求提出了更高要求,因此高职院校更要注重酒店管理专业学生综合素质的培养,提高学生的职业意识,使学生能更好的走向工作岗位,为酒店行业的发展做出更大的贡献。With the development of society, the prosperity of the tertiary industry, the hotel industry has more and more charm, has become a hot investment. Hotel management major of vocational colleges conveying a large number of hotel talents for the society, promotes the development of the hotel industry. With the increasingly fierce of market competition, put forward higher requirements to the talented person, therefore, the higher vocational colleges should cultivate the comprehensive quality of hotel management students, improve students’ occupation consciousness, so that students can better work, make greater contributions to the development of the hotel industry.
