摘　　要：本文试图从企业实际岗位对商科人才基本需求角度,结合高职院校商科人才培养特点,探讨商科学生基本职业能力培养路径问题,为商职院校培养商科学生提出切实可行的做法。This article attempts from the demand of enterprise actual basic positions on business talents, combines with the characteristics of business talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges, to discuss the way of cultivation of occupation ability of business students, put forward the feasible approach to business and vocational training.
