摘　　要：在中国古代社会中,节日饮酒的习俗源远流长,为世人所周知。饮酒,不仅在人们的日常生活中已成为一个不可或缺的部分,而且在社会生活的各个方面几乎都有酒的身影。酒在中国已形成了一道独特的风景,具有独特的审美价值,使人们原本平平淡淡的生活显现出绚丽缤纷的色彩,表现出千般滋味万种情韵。我国有许多传统节日,每逢佳节倍思饮,节日饮酒和用酒已经成为中国各民族通行的习俗,在中国的节日习俗中都飘出阵阵酒香,酒在我国的节日中扮演着一个重要的"角色",形成了丰富多彩、生动形象的节日酒俗。In the ancient society of China, festival drinking custom has a long history, known as the world. Drinking, not only has become an indispensable part in people's daily life, but also almost all wine figure in all aspects of social life. The wine has formed a unique scenery in China, has unique aesthetic value, so that people have a mediocre life show colorful, showing a sense of taste million. Our country has many traditional festival, drinking and wine festival has become the prevailing custom of all ethnic groups in China, in the Chinese festival customs are out bursts of wine, wine plays an important"role"in the Chinese festivals, forming a rich and colorful, vivid image of the festival.
