摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍是教师队伍的重要组成部分,也是大学生思政教育的主体之一,建设职业化和标准化的辅导员队伍既是高等教育发展的需要,也是加强新时期学生思想政治教育的时代要求。文章从目前高校辅导员队伍三化的现状,提出了基于人力资源管理和开发视角下实现高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化、专家化建设的途径。The university counselor team is an important part of teachers, is one of the main ideological and political education of college students, and the standardization of the development of higher education is not only the needs of counselors, but also the requirement to strengthen the ideological and political education in the new era. Based on the present condition of college counselors team, and proposes the implementation way of college counselors occupation, professional, construction from the perspective of human resource management and development.
