虚拟教育联盟:海峡两岸职业教育师资培训的新模式

摘　　要：现代网络技术、通讯技术与多媒体技术的发展与普及,使教育活动突破了时间与空间的限制。以信息技术为技术支撑,融合全新教育理念与教育手段的虚拟培训模式受到人们普遍的关注。文章提出构建两岸职业教育师资培训虚拟教育联盟的设想,建议由教育部门或职业院校主导,若干个海峡两岸职业教育师资培训机构参与合作,形成基于网络的动态联盟,并对虚拟教育联盟主体、构成系统及其运作体系进行了研究,为职业教育师资培训合作进行了新的探索。The development and popularization of modern network technology, communication technology and multimedia technology make the education activities break through the limit of time and space. Virtual training model which is based on information technology, and integrates the new education idea and method has gathered great attention. The paper Puts forward ideas about building the cross-strait vocational education teacher training virtual alliance, suggests to form the dynamic alliance based on the network which is dominated by education department or vocational colleges, and invites a number of cross-strait vocational education teacher training institutions to participate in the cooperation. It also studies the main body of the virtual education alliance main body, the system and its operation system, which is the new exploration of vocational education teacher training cooperation.
