摘　　要：随着经济的持续发展和对外贸易的不断繁荣,外语教师专业在工科大学教育中取得了较快的发展,培养了一大批优秀的专业人才。随着经济全球化的日益发展,外语教师专业的发展也呈现出多元化和专业化的特点,这个特点主要体现在知识结构的多元化、岗位需求的专业化和培养方式的系统化上,通过对其发展现状及趋势的研究对于专业发展具有普遍的指导意义。本文重点站在知识结构的视角下,对工科大学外语教师专业发展的现状、不足及对策等方面进行研究和阐述。With the development of economy and foreign trade continues to boom, foreign language teacher has made rapid development in university education, training a large number of excellent professional talents. With the development of global economy, the professional development of foreign language teacher also presents the characteristics of diversification and specialization, this feature is mainly reflected in the diversification of the structure of knowledge, job requirements, professional and culture systematic manner, through studying the development status and trend has the universal guiding significance. This paper focuses on the station in the perspective of knowledge structure, present situation, problems and Countermeasures in aspects of Engineering University of professional development of foreign language teacher.
