摘　　要：公民英语素养的高低是影响城市国际化发展进程的重要指标之一,本文从城市公共标识语的使用入手,对城市公共标识语的现状进行了简要分析,指出了提高公民英语素养的重要性和必要性,并对创建学习型城市给出了几点建议。s: Citizens’ English literacy is one of the important indicators of the impact of the urban development process of internationalization. Start from the use of city public logo, this article gives a brief analysis of the current situation of the city public logo, points out the importance and necessity to improve citizens’ English literacy and gives several suggestions to create a learning city.
