摘　　要：创新型人才的培养是我国实施人才强国战略、建设创新型国家的关键所在,作为国民教育体系重要组成部分的高职院校在创新型人才培养的工作中完全可以大有作为。高职院校辅导员作为学生工作最直接的教育者和管理者,承担着学生思想政治教育、事务管理和发展指导的重要责任,在创新型人才培养中发挥的作用不容小视。本文以促进具有创新精神、创新能力的适合经济发展需要的创新型人才的培养为出发点,结合对高职院校开展创新型人才培养必要性的分析,探索如何通过充分发挥辅导员工作的作用,推动高职院校创新型人才的培养工作。The cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the implementation of talent strategy, and build an innovation-oriented country, vocational college as an important part of national education system in innovative talent cultivation work can success. College counselors as the most direct educators and administrators in students’ work, the important responsibility of students' ideological and political education, business management and development guidance, the role in the cultivation of innovative talents should not be overlooked. In this paper, in order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents with innovative spirit, innovative ability and meet the needs of economic development, combines with the analysis of the necessity of the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, explore how to give full play to the role of counselor work, promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
