摘　　要：现代社会经济发展迅速,对人才的需求呈现出综合化、创新型的趋势。高校经济学专业人才培养模式必须随着社会的需求不断进行改革,不断完善培养方案,加强师资队伍的建设,积极与社会实践基地联合办学,借鉴国外办学经验,提高学生的市场竞争力,促进我国经济发展的效率。In the rapid economic development of modern society, the demand for talent showing a comprehensive and innovative trend. The training models of professional talents must reform with the social demand, and constantly improve the training plan, strengthening the construction of teachers' team, positively run joint school with the social practice base, learn from foreign experience in running a school, to improve their market competitiveness, enhance the efficiency of China's economic development.
