摘　　要：在改革开放过程中,我国的教育业随着经济全球化进程的加快,出现了明显的国际化现象。中外合作办学就是我国高职院校在这那个的时期所产生的一种特殊办学形式。为了更好地推进职业教育领域中外合作办学,努力开拓职业院校毕业生国(境)外就业市场,我们在现有的对外合作办学项目基础上,找到了职业教育院校的第二条发展路径:"社会公共培训平台"。本文对高职院校构建社会公共培训平台进行了全面的分析,希望我们的探索对我国高职院校在新形势、新时期下的发展起到一些借鉴作用。In the process of reform and opening up,China's education industry appears the internationalization phenomenon obviously with the accelerated process of economic globalization.Chinese-foreign cooperation is a special form of higher vocational colleges in China.In order to better promote Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in occupation education field,efforts to open up the foreign employment market of occupation college graduates,we find the second development path 'public training platform' of occupation education institutions on the basis of the international cooperation project:.This paper analyzes the construction of public training platform in vocational colleges,we hope that the exploration has some reference function to the development of higher vocational colleges in the new situation in the new period in China.
