摘　　要：大学英语教师一直在探索教学模式的改革,并且取得了一定的效果。随着社会不同层次需求的变化,既要培养学术型高精尖人才,同时也要培养实用型、应用型人才,大学英语教学面临着更高的要求。我国高校近几年的连续扩招,高等教育逐步面向大众,使更多的学子有了接受高等教育的机会。随之而来的问题却是学生在英语方面,其知识水平和各种能力参差不齐,严重地制约了大学英语教育水平的提高。大学公共英语教学又是高等教育中一个必不可少的重要的组成部分,大学英语多元化教学模式将发挥其积极作用。University English teachers have been exploring the reform of teaching mode, and achieves certain results. Along with the change of the social needs of different levels, it is necessary to develop the academic high-tech talent, also to train practical and applied talents, university English teaching is faced with higher requirements. The continuous expansion of China's colleges and universities in recent years, higher education gradually to the public, so that more students have the opportunity to receive higher education. The attendant problem is uneven level of knowledge and various abilities of students in English, severely restricts the level of university English education. University public English teaching is an indispensable important component of higher education, the pluralism teaching model of university English will play its positive role.
