摘　　要：奈达的等值翻译理论强调源语言与目标语功能与形式的对等,本文依据此理论分析《苔丝》的两个中译本,旨在体会翻译中的得与失,为后续的翻译活动提供些许借鉴。Nida's equivalent translation theory emphasizes the equivalence of source language and the form and function of target language, based on the two Chinese versions of"Tess", aims at understanding of gain and loss in translation, to provide some reference for subsequent translation activities.
