摘  要:课堂教学公平问题是"教育公平"的一个重要方面。以教育哲学的视角来考察课堂教学会发现,由于缺乏公平教育,课堂教学普遍存在着"皮相化"、"形式化"、"模式化"等问题。而最基本的解决方法就是:加强对师生的公平教育,努力消除我国传统的不良影响;批判吸收国外的理论资源,进而加快体制改革的速度,使之适应现代课堂教学公平发展的趋势,并进而实现个人的"觉醒"与"启蒙"。Classroom instruction issue of fairness is an important aspect of the 'education fair',it becomes a problem of students,teachers,scholars have often discussed.The perspective of philosophy of education to examine classroom teaching will find,because lack of fair education,teachers and students to this understanding of the issues common tendency to 'skin-deep',and teachers in the classroom teaching fair use has a 'formalization';'Modeling' has become the shackles of the development of teachers and students in the classroom teaching,this 'modeling' from the two constraints,the first is cultural tradition,the second is education rules(institutional).How to resolve these problems? The most basic is should strengthen the fair education of teachers and students so that they really understand what is fair,what is a fair education,what is fair classroom teaching;on this basis,to abandon the traditional adverse effects,critical theory of absorption of foreign resources;Finally,it should accelerate the speed of reform,to adapt the trend of modern classroom teaching and equitable development,and personal 'awakening' and 'enlightenment' in this process.
