摘  要:自动平衡滚珠用于在线自动平衡转子系统的不平衡并对强迫振动进行控制。目前大多数研究集中在线性转子系统,然而实际的转子系统大多属于非线性系统,特别是滚动轴承支承中出现非线性弹性恢复力。该研究考虑具有非对称的非线性弹性恢复力作用的转子,通过理论解析与数值模拟,研究了两滚珠平衡制振时转子的主共振响应及其稳定性,并对各个转速区域转子和滚珠的振动特性和运动规律进行了分析。证实了平衡滚珠在高速区域对非线性转子系统也具有良好的平衡制振性能。The automatic ball balancer is an equipment used to balance a rotor system online and control its forced vibration.Although a rotor system is a nonlinear system actually,especially,there are nonlinear elastic restoring forces in its supports of rolling element bearings,many studies focus on linear rotor systems at present.A Jeffcott rotor with unsymmetrical nonlinear restoring forces was studied here.Through solving theoretically and simulating numerically,its principal resonance response and stability when the rotor system was controlled by the balancer with two balls were studied,the vibration characteristics and dynamic laws of the rotor and balls within many rotating speed regions were analyzed.The results showed that the balancer can suppress the principal resonances of the nonlinear rotor system within a high rotating speed region very well.
