摘 要:机车车辆的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)问题越来越受到关注,过大的振动噪声不但会降低乘坐舒适性,造成司机疲劳驾驶,还会缩短机车设备的使用寿命。与东风型内燃机车不同[1-4],HXN3型内燃机车司机室采用了枢轴支撑隔振结构(the pivot-mount isolation system)。但在运营中,该型机车出现了司机室振动过大的情况。本文将建立司机室隔振结构的6自由度动力学微分方程,计算司机室横、纵、垂三向的频率响应函数,对HXN3型内燃机车司机室隔振结构的隔振性能进行分析。Noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) in vehicles receive more and more attentions in recent years. Excessive noise and vibration shorten the service life of locomotive equipments, reduce the ride comfort, make driver fatigue, and affect safety. Compared with DF Series of locomotives, a pivot-mount isolation system is applied to a HXN3 diesel locomotive cab for vibration isolation. But the vibration of HXN3 diesel locomotive cab is always excessive. Here, the dynamic differential equations with 6-DOF for the HXN3 diesel locomotive cab vibration isolation system were built, the frequency response functions in 3 directions including horizontal, lateral and vertical ones were derived and computed. Then, the vibration isolation behavior of the cab vibration isolation system was analyzed. Finally, the reasons why the vibration of the cab is still excessive were explored and discussed.
