摘　　要：高职教育与企业文化的对接与融合,对于高职教育实现人才培养目标,促进高职院校毕业生的"全面零距离"就业,具有重要意义。高职人才培养模式如何融入企业的文化元素,尽快实现转型升级,是摆在高职院校教育者面前的重大课题。Docking and fusion of Vocational Education and corporate culture has important significance for vocational education personnel training objectives to promote the employment of college graduates and the Comprehensive Zero.Vocational training model ways to incorporate the elements of corporate culture,as soon as possible to achieve the transformation and upgrading,is a major issue in the face of higher vocational education.
