目标管理视角下的高职班级管理问题探讨

摘　　要：高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,加强高职班级管理的理论研究与实践改革,对推进我国高等教育的改革和满足社会的人才需要具有重要作用。目标管理方法是一种自上而下地确定工作目标,自下而上地保证目标实现的一种管理办法,在高职班级中使用可以有效提高班级管理效率,促进学生的全面发展。文章基于目标管理的角度,就目前高职班级管理过程中普遍存在的几个问题进行探讨,并提出了相应的改进措施。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.Strengthen the theoretical research and practice of reform in vocational class management can advance the reform of higher education in China and meet the needs of talents.Target management method is a management method,which determine the top-down target and ensure completion from bottom to top.It can be used in the higher vocational class and effectively improve the efficiency of class management,and the all-round development of students.In this paper,the problems widespread in management process of the current higher vocational class were discussed and the corresponding improvement measures is also put forward based on the viewpoint of management by objectives.
