摘　　要：该文对开展高职院校大学生职业指导工作的目标及途径进行探讨。目前大学生就业形势严峻,高职院校职业指导工作,开展水平、情况也不容乐观。文章从一个高职院校职业指导老师的角度,结合开展职业指导实际工作情况,对高职院校职业指导工作目标和途径进行了积极的思考和探讨。The goals and ways to carry out occupation guidance work of higher vocational college students study.The current employment situation is grim,occupation guidance work in higher vocational colleges,development level,the situation is not optimistic.From a higher vocational college teacher occupation guidance angle,combining with the development of occupation guide the actual work situation,the paper discusses the positive thinking in vocational colleges of occupation guidance work target and way.
