摘 要:针对现有力矩电机驱动角振动激励源频率难以超过100 Hz、波形失真大、不能满足宽频高精度角振动校准需求的现状,提出采用框式结构电磁驱动方法,显著降低驱动线圈电感以实现驱动力快速响应,并采用精密轻质空心杯空气轴承实现轴系定位,以克服摩擦力、提高回转定位精度,结合有限元分析仿真,将空气轴承转子与励磁线圈骨架进行整体优化设计,使轴系固有频率提升至2800 Hz以上。新的角振动激励装置的测试结果表明,工作频率范围达到600 Hz,角加速度波形失真度小于2%,可实现1 kg承载和1760 rad/s2最大角加速度,超出德国PTB角振动标准给出的50g承载和1400 rad/s2最大角加速度的技术指标,可更广泛用于高精度角振动校准及角运动传感器的动态性能评价。In view that the angular vibration excitation source of conventional torque motor can hardly exceed 100 Hz and has high waveform-distortion, a frame structure electromagnetic actuation method was proposed to decrease the inductance of the driving coil to implement the fast response of the driving force. The precise light hollow bearing was used to locate the shafting to overcome the friction and improve the rotary precision of the system. The finite element method was used to optimize the design of hollow bearing rotor and excitation coil frame structure, and the natural frequency of the shafting was improved to 2800 Hz. The testing result of the angular vibration excitation equipment indicates that the range of the working frequency achieves 600 Hz, and the waveform distortion of angular acceleration is decreased to 2%. The system can bear the weight of 1 kg and the angular acceleration of 1760 rad/s2, which exceed the PTB-required bearing weight of 50g and the angular acceleration of 1400 rad/s2, and this technology can be used to calibrate the angular vibration with high precision and evaluate the dynamic performance of angular vibration sensor.
